Core programs

After-school sports & mentorship: Structured after-school programming combining skill development, team culture, character formation, and consistent adult leadership.

7-on-7 football development: Competitive development pathway emphasizing fundamentals, discipline, leadership, and coachability, preparing athletes for the next level while shaping who they become.

Mentorship pathway: Intentional mentorship through small groups, leadership conversations, and life-skills development, building confidence, decision-making, and identity.

Coach & volunteer development: Training and support for coaches/mentors to lead with clarity, safety, structure, and purpose, developing leaders who reproduce leaders.
